The Company

Paek Management Group was founded by Richard Paek to invest in diversified businesses including auto maintenance franchises, car washes, and real estate. Richard has a strong track record of successful rollups in the franchise business space. Notably, Richard founded Allied Lube in 1992 as a single location in Southern California and grew it to 125 Jiffy Lube stores, ending with a successful sale of all locations to the franchisor in 2022. Since the sale, PMG has diversified into the car wash business, currently owning, and operating 11 locations between California and Texas and acquired 22 operating Jiffy Lube stores in Georgia in 2023. PMG is focused on continued growth with the acquisition of an additional ~50 Jiffy Lube stores in process and the development of other membership-based model businesses.

Based in Irving, Texas, PMG has over 30 years of experience in the retail and customer service sector. The Role

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with a dotted line to President & CEO, the Marketing Manager will develop, lead, manage, and optimize our digital marketing campaigns, conduct attribution analysis, and drive overall marketing performance. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, data analysis, and the ability to partner across all areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g. social media, email, search engines, display advertising).
  • Influence pricing strategies and conduct competitive analysis to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with market trends and business objectives.
  • Create, manage, and optimize direct mail marketing strategies to effectively reach target audiences, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.
  • Conduct attribution analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for digital channels.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) to maximize ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline and enhance campaign execution.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and attribution analysis.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and attribution analysis
  • Prior experience in a multi-concept, multi-unit retail environment.
  • Experience with managing outsourced marketing vendor relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, but not required
