Summary:

We are seeking a Virtual Appointment Setter/Scheduler to join our dynamic team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting appointments for our travel sales team through virtual means, such as phone calls and emails. This role plays a crucial part in driving sales and revenue for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients to schedule appointments for the travel sales team
• Follow up with leads to ensure appointments are confirmed
• Maintain a database of appointments and client information
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize scheduling and maximize efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service to all clients
  
   

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
