Role Overview

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across multiple global markets. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and data analytics to optimize campaigns and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
  • Oversee performance marketing strategies, including PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning across all markets.
  • Analyze customer data and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and improve ROI.
  • Manage and optimize budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in eCommerce or digital retail.
  • Proven experience in performance marketing, content strategy, and brand development.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Global marketing experience and familiarity with diverse cultural markets is a plus.
