ReelDx is - paradoxically - an 11-year-old startup attempting to revolutionize healthcare education. We help build clinical reasoning skills through our library of 700+ HIPAA-compliant videos featuring actual patient encounters. With our video patient cases, lectures become more realistic, and students get to discover the medical mystery of each case (without having to be in the clinic). And with our new cases, InSitu, students can interview our real patients - powered by AI - and then debate a differential diagnosis with our AI preceptor. It’s cutting-edge stuff, which is why we need your help with getting the word out.

You will work directly (but not too directly, we respect personal space) with ReelDx CEO Rob Humbracht and a handful of business savvy magicians, pulling day-to-day success rabbits out of all sorts of hats.

Are you:

• Adept at knowing what looks good in social media pieces? (understanding of LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok a major plus)

• A tech-savvy enthusiast, especially when it comes to AI? (Robots are friends, not foes, here.)

• Interested in learning more about email marketing, social media marketing, and/or content marketing? (Experience a plus but not strictly necessary)

• A self-starter who can work remotely without someone peeking over your shoulder? (Except for maybe your cat. That's allowed.)

Then, we’re looking for you. Yes, you, future rockstar of the marketing world!

Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:

1. Executing marketing campaigns through email, webinars, and social media.

2. Developing new marketing campaigns through existing and potentially new media.

3. Using cloud-based marketing software to automate marketing wherever possible.

4. Outsourcing to a graphic designer and video processor to develop marketing collateral and videos as needed (unless you happen to be skilled in such tasks…).

5. Helping create, update, and format blog content and web pages.

6. Managing occasional event attendance for online and offline events, including reminder calls in advance of the event and followup communication afterward.

7. Working 10-15 hours/week, but that can vary based on your schedule and needs. We should note that ReelDx is connected to a variety of other companies, so this can either be 10 hours per week or up to 30 hours, depending on what you need.

Marketing Coordinator Perks:

2. Flexible schedule - we meet weekly on Mondays at 10:00am PST currently, but most of the job is flexible.

6. Pay ranges from $22-$28 per hour based on experience

A Day In the Life:

You will spend most of your time executing on new marketing campaigns. On any given day you may:

• Use ChatGPT to help write blog content, email newsletters and social media posts. Don’t worry, it’s not cheating; it’s a custom GPT. It’s just outsourcing to a version of us.

• Schedule social media posts to go out across several channels.

• Design measurable outcomes (success/fail metrics) for engagement with our target market. For example, how many likes, shares, comments, and emojis do we need to get on our posts to make an impact? And what kind of emojis are we talking about here? or ?

• Analyze data and recommend changes to marketing campaigns based on data.

• Develop a weekly/monthly social media and email marketing plan that supports all the marketing efforts of the team.
