For more information, go to Primary Purpose: * Gain knowledge and an understanding of the plants primary entry-level management positions. * Attain a well-rounded knowledge base for better decision making. * Acquire basic leadership competencies for entry-level positions. Primary Responsibilities: * Shadow a Continuous Improvement Specialist, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Industrial Engineer and Area Manager within the business center and perform hands-on learning activities as directed. * Learn problem solving and continuous improvement methods relative to that portion of the business center. * Write reports to demonstrate knowledge of the plants manufacturing processes, the roles and responsibilities of the support functions, and technical knowledge of equipment and processes in a specific area. * Perform a challenge assignment in each of the designated positions. * Complete designated management and leadership courses for entry-level managers. Requirements: * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Mimimum 3.0 overall GPA required * Must be geographically mobile upon program completion * No experience required. * Prior co-op experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. * Ability to lead complex projects or teams. * Ability to communicate effectively through presentations and written documents. * Ability to work effectively with all levels of management and staff.
