Our ideal Maitre D' is highly motivated and energetic, providing thoughtful strategic and operational leadership, guidance, direction, training, and knowledge to maximize the efforts and success of our team.
Qualifications and Required Skills for Maitre D' Position:
* Prior restaurant Management experience required
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Superior interrelationship skills
* Understanding of how to build and maintain customer relationships
* Technology savvy, ability to produce and analyze data, and familiarity with industry-related softwares
* Knowledge of food service techniques and food and alcoholic beverages programs
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
