Position Summary:

This position is responsible for printing and mailing various documents via USPS/UPS and updating claims with documents/tracking information with a 24-hour turnaround time.

• This position is full-time (40 hrs/week) on-site position paying $17 - $19/hr.
• Our offices are located at 1215 Manor Dr., Suite 101, Mechanicsburg, 17055
• The hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am - 6pm or something similar. No weekends.
• Benefits start on Day One.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide clerical and administrative support to field offices. Responsible for printing and mailing various documents via USPS/UPS and updating claims with documents/tracking information with a 24-hour turnaround time.
• Other duties include, but are not limited to, filing, mail processing, document scanning, letter and other document preparation.

Required Qualifications :

• High school diploma.
• At least one year of office work experience.
• Working knowledge of current business software such as Word, Excel and Adobe.
