LICENSED NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR

CENTER HOME FOR HISPANIC ELDERLY

Center Home for Hispanic Elderly, located in the Humbolt Park neighborhood of Chicago, is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a team of professionals at our skilled nursing facility, located in Chicagoland Area. Must have proven track record in the long term care industry, possess excellent communication skills, must be knowledgeable of IDPH/IDPA/CMI rules and regulations. Excellent salary and benefits. Please send resume in confidence. Responsibilities of the Nursing Home Administrator: Oversee the provision of high-quality care and maintain full capacity at our facility. Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations. Assist in the development, use, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures and professional standards of practice. Must possess demonstrated skills related to management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement. Requirements of the Nursing Home Administrator: 2+ years of experience as an Administrator for a skilled nursing facility Valid IL Nursing Home Administrator License Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
