Location: Jefferson City, MO

Pay: $23-30/hr

Employment Type: Full-time/Part-time (~M-Th 7am-5:30pm)

Your Role

As a Construction/Remodeler , you will engage in skilled trades work on residential renovation projects. This hands-on position involves a variety of tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and more. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about your craft, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities :

• Construction and Renovation Work:
  • Execute remodeling tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cabinetry.
  • Assist with demolition, ensuring proper disposal of debris.
• Material Handling:
  • Measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
  • Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Quality Craftsmanship:
  • Deliver work that meets our high-quality standards and satisfies our customers.
  • Pay meticulous attention to detail and adhere to project specifications.
• Safety and Maintenance:
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Keep tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with team members to ensure timely project completion.
  • Take direction from supervisors or project leads as needed.

Qualifications :

• Experience in residential remodeling or construction.
• Proficiency in trades such as carpentry, painting, tiling, and drywall installation.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various positions.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork skills.
