As a IT POS System Technician at GO Car Wash, you’ll help maintain our current technology systems which includes our POS systems and Tunnel Control Software/Hardware. There will also be general IT support for windows and iOS/Android devices and Office 365 user support.

For you to be successful, we’re looking for:

• Minimum of 1 Year Car Wash Point of Sale System (DRB, ICS, Micrologic) experience
• Minimum of 1 Year relevant IT Systems (Microsoft OS, Office 365, SQL Development, Android, and iOS)
• HS Diploma or equivalent preferred, IT or related field

You must also be able to:

• Assist and manage the first line of support for end-user requests with POS/Tunnel Control hardware/software issues in collaboration with our IT Field Technicians and our Corporate IT team.
• Troubleshoot computers, tablets, and other hardware for users as needed.
• Identity potential training issues with end-users and create SOP documents as needed.
• Maintain the security and integrity of all IT systems across all regions, which includes:
  • Site Servers: Operating System Security (Assist Corp IT department with Systems User Management/ Password Resets and Troubleshooting)
  • Assist Corp IT department with ISP/POS Firewall Configuration and Troubleshooting.
  • Disaster Recovery: POS Workstation-Servers, and end-users terminals backups.
  • Manage and Maintain Replication Hub Server and monitor and support all site location servers.
• Assist Support Center IT with IT infrastructure (software & hardware) projects. (Office 365, Filesharing Systems, Security Camera Systems)
• Ensure the IT employee & security policy is followed throughout the company, to ensure successful IT audits.
• Ensure Teammates have the most appropriate technology to enable them to perform their function the most efficiently possible, while remaining within budget.
• Review WO’s daily, changing priority when necessary to match IT Hierarchy.
• Configure and setup new installations for Car Wash Point of Sale and Tunnel Control at new and existing locations. Work with New Development and builders alike to coordinate Database builds and configuration forms to DRB in timely manner after install dates.
• Work in tandem with Marketing Department in Promotion Setups, Price changes, CRM system interface and prepaid code requests.
• Develop and assist in developing SQL for custom data queries.
• Act as an ambassador for GO Car Wash. Lives and breathes the GO Car Wash core values every day.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

$70,000 - $80,000 base salary per year. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
