About the Role
The Company is in need of an Interim Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to take on a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of a 123-bed facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight of both skilled nursing and long-term care units, managing a workforce of approximately 240+ FTEs. This leadership position demands a focus on current initiatives such as financial performance improvement, workforce stabilization, and overall operational enhancement. The ideal Interim Executive Director will be a strong and experienced leader, with a background in a related setting, who is also engaging, approachable, and fosters a culture of collaboration and communication. Applicants for the Interim Executive Director role must hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess a current MA Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license. The role requires a leader who can step in and make a significant impact, particularly in the areas of financial performance and operational improvement. The candidate should be prepared to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance and be ready to take on the challenges of the position with a commitment to the values of the company. The Interim Executive Director will be expected to work closely with the existing team, ensuring a smooth transition and the continued delivery of high-quality care to the residents of the facility.
