General Manager Domino's Pizza

Our General Managers are the backbone of our business, responsible for leading the team, upholding high standards for customer service, and ensuring exceptional product quality.

Opportunities

The Management Development Program offers store managers the chance to apply for franchising opportunities after successfully managing a store for at least one year. Other career paths include Trainer or Regional Manager.

Compensation

Starting base hourly wage of $19.50, plus bonuses and incentives based on store profitability and overall performance.

Physical Requirements

• Standing for most tasks, walking on ceramic tile or linoleum.
• Walking brief distances; delivering meals between store and vehicle.
• Sitting for paperwork at a desk or table.
• Lifting up to 50lb with hand truck; carrying up to 30lb.
• Pulling or pushing trays up to 30lb.
• Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently.
• Stooping/bending at waist for pizza assembly.
• Crouching/squatting to stock shelves.
• Reaching above or below shoulder height for various tasks.
• Using tools such as pencils, computers, pizza cutter, pizza peel.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. employment authorization.
• Friendly, organized, efficient timemanagement skills.
• Works well with others and under highpaced stress.
• Must work weekends, minimum of 5 closing nights a week (Fr, Sa, Su).
• Preferred restaurant experience; ability to multitask.
• Motivational, enthusiastic, able to train and develop a team.
• Capability to create employee schedules, place inventory orders, maintain store image.
• Must follow Company policies, answer all calls after first ring, deliver exceptional products.
