Job Description:

Sigma Systems Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring a smooth hiring experience for candidates and seamless onboarding for new hires across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities:

• Support full-cycle recruiting activities including resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
• Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring completion of background checks, drug screens, I-9 verification, and client-specific documentation
• Prepare and track offer letters, start dates, and onboarding paperwork
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in ATS and HR systems
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
• Provide regular status updates to recruiters, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 1–3+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, onboarding, or HR operations
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in staffing or consulting environments preferred
