Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Vail, CO. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling budgeting and financial planning, and maintaining high standards of quality. The General Manager will also coordinate with vendors, manage inventory, and develop and implement business strategies to ensure the growth and success of the establishment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills
• Experience in a high volume, upscale concept in a General Manager role or higher
• Experience with new concept openings including recruitment and implementing policies and procedures
• Wine knowledge is a huge plus
• Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and inventory management
• Strong guest service skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Complete understanding of Profit and Loss statements with the ability to drill down and find issues and solutions
