Responsibilties:
1.Manage end-to-end recruitment for our hiring partners, including job postings, sourcing, screening, candidate selection, and offer negotiation.
2.Provide tailored consultations to clients to understand their hiring needs and expectations.
3.Develop a deep understanding of our hiring partners and improve current recruitment best practices.
4.Work closely with candidates to identify the best job matches and manage priorities efficiently.
5.Handle a high volume of hiring processes while providing guidance, gathering feedback, and moving job processes forward.
6.Assist candidates at all interview stages, ensuring they are supported throughout the process.
Requirements:
1.Familiarity with the talent market and recruitment in the manufacturing, social media, medical, and other industries in Southeast Asia, Europe, and beyond.
2.Strong ability to understand job positions and quickly identify target candidates using multiple recruitment channels outside of LinkedIn.
3.Rich experience in end-to-end candidate recruitment with exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
4.Availability to dedicate at least 4 hours daily to recruitment searches, with access to a personal computer and stable internet.
