Job Description:
We are seeking a hands-on Field Network Engineer to support our on-site networking needs. This role involves racking and stacking network hardware such as switches and routers, as well as responding to and resolving network support tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
Rack and stack network devices including switches, routers, and firewalls
Perform physical installations, cable management, and hardware troubleshooting
Respond to on-site network tickets and support requests
Assist with basic configuration and connectivity testing
Collaborate with remote teams to ensure successful deployments and issue resolution
Qualifications:
Experience with installing and handling network hardware
Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switching, routing)
Ability to work independently in field environments
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Willingness to travel to local or regional sites as needed
