Duties will include spring tillage and other fieldwork as well as calving. The split would be 75%-85% on farming, and 15% -25% on working with the cows. Spray application would be a plus. Harvest and hauling of grain during the off-season. A person needs to be dependable, have good decision-making skills, be a self-starter, and be willing to assist in all areas. Having a good attitude, who's flexible in their duties, and who's hard working with strong integrity will go a long way toward being considered. Good small town location for schools and raising a family, yet close to a larger city for entertainment and shopping.
