Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Virtual Assistant to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who is passionate about supporting executives and managing dynamic projects. As a Virtual Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their goals while working remotely in a collaborative, flexible environment.

What You'll Do:

Manage multiple clients across various industries in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Support executive-level tasks including project management, marketing systems, website updates, content creation, social media management, and handling third-party platforms.
Ensure high-quality customer experiences and manage workflows for clients.
Track time and deliver detailed reports to clients regularly.
Attend and contribute to team meetings and client strategy sessions.

Someone with a background in customer service and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Someone skilled with various systems and tools (Google Suite, Asana, WordPress, Wix, project management tools, CRM systems, etc.).
A problem-solver with an eye for detail and a knack for creating efficient processes.
A clear and effective communicator, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy, ever-changing environment.
Key Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative assistant role.
Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant or project management experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
A dedicated home office setup, including a reliable computer (Mac or PC), high-speed internet, video conferencing capabilities, and a quiet, professional workspace.
