Delivery 180 Recruitment Consultant | Austin, TX

Base salary - $55,000-$65,000 + uncapped commission

You will:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a range of roles.
• Manage the candidate pipeline and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with business development teams to understand client needs.
• Use creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

What You Bring:

• 18+ months of recruitment experience (180 or 360 role).
• Proven ability to manage and grow candidate pipelines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organised, with an ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
