We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking
Data Entry/ Recruiting Clerk to join our growing team.
Responsibilities - Maintain the hiring department's high degree of organization and efficiency
- Perform clerical duties like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checks
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
- Draft communications materials
- Perform recruitment duties including scheduling interviews, updating the calendar, answering phone calls, and monitoring emails
- Maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database and handle any relevant paperwork.
Requirements Who YOU Are - Strong team player, flexible enough to take on a range of duties
- Organized, punctual and responsible, with great time-management skills
- Fast learner who is able to take initiative and see tasks through to completion
- A good communicator - both verbally and in writing
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, meticulous and organized
Qualifications - Outstanding clerical skills, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
