Description We are looking for a meticulous Data Clerk to join our team based in COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado. In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining and organizing our company's files, ensuring that they're accurately catalogued for ease of retrieval. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications Keep track and maintain accurate customer credit records Regularly check the accuracy of business reports and files Perform data entry and create reports using various databases and reporting tools Closely work with team members or other departments when necessary Utilize skills in Adobe Acrobat, ADP - Financial Services, A-Systems, Epic Software, IBM AS/400, About Time, Answering Inbound Calls, Charts - Graphs, Clerical Duties, Correspondence, to execute tasks effectively Classify, record, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and maintain records Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary Ensure the organization, retrieval, removal, and keeping track of company files are done in an efficient manner Requirements Comfortable with answering inbound calls in a professional manner Skilled in creating charts and graphs for data visualization Experience in performing clerical duties such as filing, typing, and scheduling Ability to handle correspondence professionally and efficiently.
