Locum to Perm CRNA – Cosmetic Surgery
Location – Davenport, Iowa
Flexible 4–8 Shifts/Month | Outpatient Setting | No Call | Locum-to-Perm Track
The facility is seeking an experienced, Board-Certified CRNA for a locum-to-permanent opportunity focused on cosmetic surgery cases . Work in a well-supported outpatient setting with no call responsibilities and the opportunity to transition into a permanent role.
Schedule & Setting:Shifts per Month: 4–8 (based on availability)
Shift Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Surgery Days: Wednesdays & Thursdays (flexible)
Call: None
Start Date: Pending complete MSO credentialing
Primary Duties: Provide anesthesia for outpatient cosmetic surgery cases
Common Procedures:
Breast augmentation/reduction
Tummy tucks (abdominoplasty)
Facelifts, eyelid surgeries (blepharoplasty), and more
Daily Volume: 1–3 cases/day, depending on procedure length
Environment:
1 OR and 1 procedure room
Support from 2 RNs, 1 MA, 1 APP, and 1 Surgical Tech
No supervision of APPs required
EMR: Cerner
Board Certified CRNA – Required
Active Iowa License or IMLC – Required
Experience in outpatient or cosmetic anesthesia cases – Required
Clean malpractice history preferred
Rates negotiable – Please submit your desired hourly rate with application
