CACI is seeking a talented and highly motivated Contracts Manager to support its Expertise Programs across the multiple Lines of Business (LOBs), with a focus on the Mission & Engineering Support (M&ES) ( , Enterprise IT (EIT), Digital Solutions (DS), and Command, Control, Computing, and Intelligence (C3I) LoBs. These LOBs are comprised of contracts where CACI will design, develop, and apply expertise for solutions to support our customers' most complex problems; C3I for multi-domain operations, DS for organizational transformation, EIT for infrastructure modernization, and M&ES for unique expertise that supports activities integral to the execution of the customer mission. This comprehensive structure enables CACI to deliver innovative solutions that empower decision-making, safeguard national security, and maintain technological superiority in diverse operational environments. This Contracts Manager position is based in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area or the Hampton Roads, VA region. While the role offers flexibility for remote work, the selected candidate will be expected to attend in-person meetings and support teams at local offices and customer sites as required. The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting teams under traditional FAR Part 15 and Part 16 methods, as well as Part 35 (Broad Agency Announcements), and Other Transactional Authority. Within CACI, Contract Managers are expected to build trust and respect with our acquisition customers. They serve as the official representatives of CACI, handling negotiations and contract management throughout all phases of our programs, from pre-award through the full development, production, and sustainment lifecycle. The Contracts function acts as a strategic business partner, focused on fostering lasting relationships and delivering fair, balanced, and financially sound business agreements. This approach ensures the long-term, mutual success of both CACI and its customers. This role offers the opportunity to shape business outcomes, collaborate across various departments, engage with DoD, Intelligence, and Commercial Customers, and develop innovative business solutions. **Responsibilities:** Strategic Leadership & Execution + Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments to include proposals and contract risk reviews; + Apply business acumen and Government acquisition knowledge to develop opportunity shaping and negotiation strategies; + Proactively advise management of contractual rights, obligations, and risks; + Support and lead negotiations; + Ensure compliance with CACI Contracts policies and guidelines as well as with U.S. Government laws and regulations; + Demonstrate the ability to find equitable solutions to complex problems with various customers. Contract Management & Negotiation + Provide contractual expertise to multiple program teams, primarily in the context of federal procurement regulation; + Build and maintain relationships with the Government Contracting Officer or Prime Contractor; + Negotiate price, terms, and conditions with clients; + Negotiate contractual agreements, including fee negotiations, non-disclosure agreements, associate contractor agreements, and teaming agreements; + Monitor performance on a portfolio of contracts and actively participate in change management. Proposal Development & Risk Mitigation + Participate in the development and review of proposals, ensuring compliance with solicitation requirements and corporate policy; + Review opportunities for risk, ensure risk assessments are conducted in accordance with corporate policy, and provide mitigation recommendations and approaches; + Route organizational conflict of interest (OCI) screenings in accordance with company policy and interpret contract terms relating to potential OCI issues; + Review pricing documentation for compliance with corporate policy and process and provide thoughtful feedback. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement + Establish excellent working relationships with Program Managers and other internal stakeholders in other functional areas such as pricing, procurement, and government compliance; + Actively participate in client meetings and reviews; + Influence internal and external stakeholders through use of facts, policies, and acquisition best practices; + Coordinate with CACI Export team for processing export licenses and documentation; + Mentor junior members on staff. **Qualifications** _Required_ - 3+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating U.S. Government agreements; - Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field; or equivalent work experience; - A demonstrated understanding and strong working knowledge of U.S. Government Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) and agency supplements; - Adept at contract analysis; - Aptitude to work on diverse contractual issues simultaneously; - Ability to frame, draft, and negotiate agreements; - Excellent presentation and communication skills; - Strong work ethic with a commitment to ensure that all deadlines are met on time and with a high degree of quality; - Persuasive negotiating skills while maintaining a positive customer and/or teammate relationship; and _Desired_ - Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) and/or Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM); - Current or recent National security clearance - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
