Job Title: Contract Program Manager - Third Party Risk Management (TPRM)

Location: NYC, NY

Duration: 6-12 months Contract with the potential for extension

Description:
We're seeking a Contract Program Manager to support our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Program. This role will focus on the integration of processes across the third-party lifecycle-Planning, Due Diligence, Contracting, Monitoring, and Termination-while managing the day-to-day operational execution.



What You'll Do
Coordinate and track TPRM program activities and deliverables
Drive integration across third-party lifecycle phases (Planning, Due Diligence, Contracting, Monitoring, Termination)
Manage program documentation, dashboards, and reporting
Partner with procurement, legal, risk, IT security, and business owners to resolve issues
Prepare materials and updates for leadership reporting



What We're Looking For
5+ years of program/project management experience; TPRM or vendor risk preferred
Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail
bility to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Familiarity with TPRM frameworks, regulatory expectations, or vendor risk tools a plus
