Youll thrive in this role if: You have a passion for storytelling and can write with clarity, warmth, and insight Youre self-motivated and enjoy working across multiple content formats You understand how to turn insights into engaging campaigns and narratives You keep a pulse on digital trends and are excited by data-driven creativity Youre collaborative and can work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and design You love Japanese food and beverage, especially tea As a Content Marketing Associate, you will: Create and publish engaging, high-quality content across digital channels, including email, social, and web Write monthly blog articles that support SEO, educate customers, and highlight tea culture Plan and produce short-form video content for social and web (e.g., Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc) while supporting long-form video creation and photoshoots Maintain and manage a content calendar for product launches, campaigns, promotions, giveaways, and seasonal moments Develop campaign ideas to grow community engagement and attract new audiences Send and optimize weekly email newsletters and email flows Monitor digital trends and conduct competitor research Collaborate with the team to ensure content aligns with our brand voice and goals Your Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital storytelling Strong writing and editing skills with an understanding of SEO Familiarity with email platforms (such as Klaviyo) and scheduling tools Experience creating video content using mobile or desktop editing tools Highly organized with great attention to detail and superb communication Bonus: You love tea and have an appreciation for Japanese culture Our interview process typically includes 2-3 steps, including a brief assessment, all designed to make sure we're the right fit for you, and you're the right fit for us.
