The Construction Estimator is responsible for analyzing project plans, specifications, and requirements to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates. This role includes performing quantity takeoffs, obtaining subcontractor and vendor pricing, evaluating project risks, and supporting the development of complete bid proposals. The estimator works closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure scope clarity and cost accuracy.
