Job Description We are looking for: Organized Solar ESS Salesperson We have been in business for over 37 years, offering long-term stable employment with benefits for hourly and salaried employees. This is a commission-based position with some inside sales to our large customer base in Ventura County. Individuals will also perform marketing to generate self-leads to establish their own sales pipeline and perform customer service contact on sold projects to establish a single point of contact throughout the entire project installation. Job Duties: Perform in-home and business sales calls to create Solar ESS proposals and present to clients for their approval using our formatted contract. Plus Experience: Tesla Powerwall, Franklin WH, Enphase Storage with Solar PV, ESS energy storage system Solar Modules skills. Minimum Requirements: A working knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC codes). Experience with local CEC codes is a plus. Professional appearance and excellent customer service.
