About the Role:
Join Trenton Processing as an Order Picker/Meat Packer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality products. Be part of a dedicated team that values efficiency and precision in every order. Monday- Friday
Responsibilities:
Accurately fill and pack meat products according to customer orders.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging to maintain product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.
Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scales safely.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with standards.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a warehouse or food processing environment is a plus.
Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude is a must.
Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy.
Must be able to follow safety and hygiene regulations strictly.
