Job Description

We are seeking skilled CNC Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating CNC machinery and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, and turning.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications to produce accurate parts.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficiency in using precision measuring tools.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
