We are offering a contract for a permanent position as a Cloud Security Engineer in York, Pennsylvania. The primary role of the Cloud Security Engineer will be to ensure the security and integrity of our cloud networks. This role will encompass a range of tasks including administration of network and security solutions, managing client endpoint supporting technologies, and providing technical expertise to various IT departments.

Responsibilities:
• Administer network and security solutions, including antivirus, endpoint detection and response, and event logging.
• Oversee the design and implementation of critical client endpoint supporting technologies.
• Handle administration tasks on the Office 365/Microsoft 365 suite of solutions and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance to Endpoint Support, Network, Cloud, Core Infrastructure, Telecom, and Security departments.
• Monitor endpoint infrastructure systems, making adjustments and enhancements as necessary.
• Conduct technical aspects of projects, coordinating the efforts of technical support staff.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of problems, developing solutions and escalating more complex issues as necessary.
• Formulate reports detailing problems or issues, their resolution, and any impact to management teams.
• Ensure that operational processes for endpoint infrastructure are fully documented and performed as per internal service level agreements.
• Support the Strategy and Infrastructure for Mobile Device Management, Virtual Desktops (VDI), and Desktop Configuration Management.• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a must
• Extensive experience working with 365 Enterprise is required
• Familiarity with Entra ID is expected
• Proficiency in using Purview is essential
• Strong experience with Azure is a key requirement
• Knowledge and experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) is necessary
