Job Description:
We are looking for experienced and reliable female Cleaning Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing newly finished apartments to ensure they are ready for occupancy. The ideal candidate will have prior cleaning experience, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed cleaning of apartments, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors, and other surfaces.
• Remove debris and ensure the property is presentable and move-in ready.
• Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety and company protocols during cleaning assignments.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in professional cleaning or janitorial work is required.
• Certifications: Must have a valid OSHA-10 certification.
• Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Availability: Flexibility to work weekdays and occasional weekends as needed.
• Will need to have or be able to obtain construction PPE (Hard hat, steel toe shoes, safety vest, safety glasses)
