We support our clients with eating out, drinking, traveling, and most importantly, with free lifetime maintenance support once they complete their weight loss program.As the Coach/Consultant, you are the first contact that a client has with our programs structure, features, and benefits. You will work one-on-one with clients weekly, providing nutrition coaching to help them transform their life and improve their health. This position is base pay ($18-$20/hr) plus monthly commission once fully trained as a Consultant. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for health and wellness and wants to partner with an amazing organization. Someone with natural selling ability and belief that customer service is key to the success of the client and the company.The schedule for this position is:Sunday: ClosedMonday: ClosedTuesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PMWednesday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PMThursday: 11:00 AM 7:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PMSaturday: 9:30 AM 12:00 PMDuties and ResponsibilitiesWork one-on-one with clients to achieve their full 180 and reposition clients who are struggling or lost from their goal.Educate Clients on how to face challenges of weight loss and counsel towards behavioral changes in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle.Monitoring patient weight loss progress, suggesting changes, and providing support and knowledge for increased successCreate meal plans for clients who are starting their Awaken180 and providing correct startup folder documents.Create a new maintenance meal plan for struggling clients to reinforce Awaken180 ranges.Effectively explain the science behind the program, communicate the philosophy and objectives of Awaken180, and explain the advanced Awaken180 technologies to both active clients and clients on maintenance.Performs client consultations, providing education and information on the programs offered.Minimum QualificationsExcellent communication skillsPersonable and attentiveAttention to detail with ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentCustomer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of clientsComputer knowledge and comfortable with navigating new platformsAbility to meet or exceed personal sales goalsComfortable with selling $1,000+ packages and/or programsMinimum of one year experience in sales, counseling, nutrition, or wellness fields (preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hourExpected hours: 33 per weekBenefits:401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programVision insuranceEducation:High school or equivalent (Required)Experience:Customer service: 1 year (Required)Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
