Choices for People provides year-round support and instructional programs designed to aid individuals with disabilities in developing essential life skills. These skills promote inclusion, independence, self-sufficiency, and productivity; and aim to maximize the individual’s quality of life in the least restrictive environment possible.
Choices for People assists in individual goal-oriented program planning, and acts as an advocate in the community through the removal of attitudinal, architectural, environmental, financial, employment-related, communicational, transportation, and other barriers.

Job Title: Chief Program Officer (CPO)

Starting Salary Range: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00
Type of Position: Full-Time, Exempt
Position Summary:
The Chief Program Officer (CPO) will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for the organization’s programmatic departments: Residential, Day, and Community. Reporting to the CEO, and working in coordination with members of Senior Leadership, the CPO will oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of all programs to ensure they align with the organization’s mission and effectively meet the needs of the individuals we serve. As a leader and mentor, the CPO will motivate and empower program staff to achieve excellence in service delivery.
