Talentry is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards (URAC, VIPPS, ACHC, etc.), and statutory requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and revising policies and procedures, generating compliance reports, training personnel across the company, managing audits and regulatory requests, and handling adjustments, appeals, and documentation of outcomes. Additional duties involve conducting internal audits, preparing compliance reports for the executive team, reviewing documents, processes, and procedures across all departments, and recommending corrective actions and process improvements to maintain and enhance compliance standards. Requirements BA / BS or equivalent and 10+ years of experience. At least 7 years of experience in audit, accreditation, compliance, and healthcare/medical sectors. Proven experience managing high-performing teams. Hands-on compliance leadership experience is required. Experience with private mid-sized companies is a strong plus. DME experience is a strong plus.
