Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Assist students with the load/unload process following prescribed policies and procedures. Supervise behavior of children while on the bus applying effective student management techniques and reports misconduct to appropriate administrator/supervisor. Instruct students on safe riding rules and responsibilities as riders including emergency bus evacuation.Establish and maintain good rapport with students, parents, school personnel and co-workers.Assist with securing appropriate child safety restraint systems.Report involvement in any accident/incident, job related injury, or passenger injury to immediate supervisor or within required timeline. Complete required reports.Attend and complete required training.Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.We believe in Equal Opportunities for all.
