Job Description

Staffing Coordinator:

• Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
• Weekly Pay | $22.50/hr (Monthly bonus + Overtime)
• Location : Gurnee, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with the Midway Staffing team and client partners.
• Facilitate onboarding, ensuring all new hire paperwork is complete and sharing first-day details with candidates.
• Conduct recruitment activities such as resume screening, phone interviews, and candidate assessments.
• Manage applicant tracking systems, recruiting reports, and other administrative tasks.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required.
• Prior experience in on-site recruiting or staffing is a plus .
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• High School Diploma or GED – Required.
