**About Majord?mo Meat & Fish**

Majord?mo Meat & Fish is a new restaurant from Chef David Chang. Pulling from a diverse range of food traditions and inspired by the energy of Las Vegas, Majord?mo Meat & Fish will be built on the DNA of its sister restaurant in Los Angeles. A majordomo is a person who makes arrangements, or takes charge for another. In that spirit, we aim to provide a lively and engaging experience for our guests.

The Momofuku **Barback** position involves providing an exceptional guest experience by assisting the bartender and servers during service. This essential, dynamic role requires an energetic individual who is excited to work as a part of the Momofuku team while upholding Momofukus standards and values.

**Responsibilities**

* Supporting bartender and FOH staff by bussing tables, restocking bar, and washing dishes

* Attending to, and communicating customer needs to FOH team when necessary

* Set up and break down bar as needed

* Maintaining cleanliness of bar & service space

**Skills & Requirements**

* 1 year of relatable experience required

* Able to lift 50 lbs and work in a standing position

* Exceptional service & floor skills with collaborative attitude

* Comfortable with multitasking

* Basic cocktail & bar knowledge preferred

* High volume restaurant/bar experience preferred

**Physical Demands**

* The physical demands for this position are seeing, hearing, speaking, reaching, frequently lifting up to 25 pounds, occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds, sitting, standing, for 4 to 8 hours, bending, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
