Legal Review & Analytics Staffing Coordinator. MUST HAVE strong knowledge of eDiscovery lifecycle, and legal document review. Mostly remote, a few days/month in office in Chantilly, VA, US

Salary: $75,000 To $90,000, exempt
Hours: 9 am – 6pm
A national law firm is seeking a Staffing Coordinator (Review & Analytics, staffing attorneys on the firm's E-Discovery projects) to identify, attract, and hire top-tier talent for advanced document review and review project management teams. Collaborate closely with Review Leads to understand the unique needs of each review role and implement effective recruitment strategies to ensure the acquisition of exceptional candidates. Play a crucial role in ensuring the firm acquires exceptional candidates who meet high standards in eDiscovery and legal review.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing for eDiscovery Attorneys and other professionals
Proactively build a network of qualified eDiscovery attorneys and review professionals.
Conduct interviews to assess candidates' expertise in eDiscovery, software proficiency, and adaptability.
Administer and review skills assessments to ensure candidates meet firm standards.
Coordinate recruiting efforts for document review project attorneys, management attorneys and technical advisors.
Oversee the interview process and present candidates to the Recruiting Committee.
Streamline Onboarding & Offer Management
Prepare offer letters, contracts, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Forward offer letters for full-time Review & Analytics candidates to the Executive Director.
Develop onboarding schedules, including eDiscovery software training and legal compliance.
Monitor bar admissions for incoming attorneys.
Coordinate with IT for timely system and database access for new attorneys.
Performance Management & Billing
Conduct regular performance reviews for project attorneys.
Track, review, and verify billing accuracy to ensure compliance and reduce revenue loss.
Address and document performance management issues as needed.
Enforce HR policies, legal compliance, and conflict requirements throughout the recruitment cycle.
Maintenance of eDiscovery Attorney Availability Bench
Maintain active communication with attorneys on the availability bench.
Track skills, availability, and project history for efficient staffing.
Administrative Management
Manage practice group Teams sites and ensure compliance with firm requirements.
Schedule internal training for Review & Analytics attorneys and advisors.
Take notes on internal calls and track CLE and bar renewal information as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
~ Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or related experience preferred.
~5-7 years of experience in the legal field, legal staffing, or a related specialty.
~ Strong knowledge of technical roles, eDiscovery lifecycle, and industry standards.
~ Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and data-driven recruitment practices.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
~ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
~ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
~ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
~ Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
No set hybrid schedule. Position will be predominantly remote
Position reports to HR Director (administratively) and the Review and Analytics Partner (operationally)
Core hours & OT expectations. This role is EXEMPT. The core hours of the firm are 9 am – 6 pm. Individual is expected to work the hours necessary to get the job done.
