About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain to join their senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational procurement, customer service, inbound and outbound logistics, customs compliance, planning, and SAP management teams at the Dublin Manufacturing site. This role demands a dynamic individual with a proven track record in driving change, working strategically, and demonstrating excellent leadership to ensure high-performance behaviors across the entire materials team. The Head of Supply Chain will be instrumental in supporting the overall strategic direction of the business and site, and will work closely with various departments to manage materials, quality, and costs in line with health and safety, quality, and productivity targets. Applicants for the Head of Supply Chain position at the company should have a third-level degree in business, engineering, or a relevant discipline, with at least 8 years of direct logistics and/or procurement experience at a senior management level. The role requires a candidate with strong negotiating skills, a focus on cost management, and a proven ability to drive productivity and cost reduction. The ideal candidate will have excellent business acumen, an understanding of best practices in logistics and procurement, and a leadership style that fosters team empowerment, coaching, and continuous improvement. The Head of Supply Chain will also be responsible for developing succession planning roadmaps and a talent pipeline, and will champion continuous improvement across the site.
