About the Role:

We’re looking for a Part-Time Art Production Assistant to join our creative team and help bring our viral slime videos to life! In this role, you’ll craft hyperrealistic clay sculptures, build silicone and clay molds, and design unique add-ons that will appear in our content. This is a great opportunity for local artists, freelancers, or students looking for creative part-time work at our Round Rock, TX studio.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, skilled with clay and various tools, and excited to contribute to a fun, fast-growing creative environment.

Pay is based on experience and portfolio quality; training may be provided.

HOURS, PAY & SCHEDULE:

Start $16–$18/hour, based on experience and portfolio quality. Pay rate will be determined after portfolio review and interview.

Duties & Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Create hyperrealistic, one-of-a-kind clay sculptures and molds.
• Use various materials creatively to make realistic props (e.g., “matcha powder” from baby powder).
• Color creations using airbrushing, dye, and other mediums.
• Collaborate with the creative team to plan and execute designs.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure high-quality, on-brand work.
• Bring fresh ideas and contribute creatively, embracing a no-task-too-small mindset.
• Take feedback openly and apply revisions as needed.
• Work independently in-office to produce, store, and prepare creations for videos.
• Stay organized, dependable, and a proactive part of the team.

• Passionate about hands-on clay and mold creation.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Positive, solution-oriented, and open to feedback.
• Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in content creation and social media.
• Ability to commute to our Round Rock, TX office.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

This is a contract/part-time position with hours that will vary per week.
