Busy in-home appliance repair company specializing in high-end household appliances seeking a skilled Field Service Technician with sealed system certification and experience to join our team.

Responsibilities include:

· Diagnose and repair high-end household appliances

· Order necessary parts after initial diagnosis to ensure availability for repair appointment

· Maintain regular communication with office management to manage repair calls, schedules, parts inventory, sales and warranty documentation

· Communicate with customers to confirm scheduled appointments

· Keep organized documentation of product, customer, and service call paperwork

· Submit job-related expense documentation in a timely manner

· Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and parts inventory

· Provide appropriate home location to park company vehicle

· Work independently without onsite supervision

· Ensure a clean and safe work environment by following company standards and procedures

Qualifications:

· Possess applicable sealed system certification for residential refrigerants

· Knowledge and proficient use of electronic and appliance and/or refrigeration tools and diagnostic test equipment

· Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams and schematics

· Excellent customer service, organization, and communication skills

· Must have own tools. Vehicle and specialty tools will be provided

· Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

· Meets physical requirements generally associated with field service repair (e.g. bending, lifting, etc.)

· Appliance repair experience a plus, however, we will train otherwise qualified candidates as needed.

Full time position, Monday through Friday..

Background check including motor vehicle report and drug screening required for employment. Compensation based on qualifications; starting pay range $22.00 per hour.
