Responsibilities include transforming data into understandable narratives, identifying trends, and presenting reports such as Spend Analyses, Invoice Aging Reports, and Benchmarking, among others. The analyst will also support process improvements and collaborate with stakeholders to meet data needs using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, and others. Experience with Procure-to-Pay systems like Birchstreet and Reactornet, as well as Capital Planning tools, is required. The candidate should have a solid background in procurement or financial data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving stakeholder value. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in Business, Financial, Procurement, or Statistical Analysis. Proven analytical capabilities to support business decisions. Knowledge of data visualization principles and proficiency in Power BI and related technologies. Ability to validate data accuracy and identify trends through data mining. Strong mathematical and statistical skills, including regression, hypothesis testing, and data sampling. Understanding of data integration and ETL processes. Experience supporting Procurement, Finance, or Accounts Payable functions is desirable. Familiarity with data governance and security practices. Job Responsibilities Apply advanced techniques to analyze large datasets, identify patterns, and interpret data variables. Generate reports such as Invoice Aging, Procurement Utilization, Ownership Value, Rebate & Fee, Benchmarking, and Capital Budget Reports. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards based on business needs. Design data models to facilitate visualization and analysis. Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into project goals. Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
