Seeking Candidates with 2 years Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience.
Skills include manage the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of accounts. Additionally to perform routine calculations, postings, and verify duties to obtain financial data to maintain accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process incoming payments accurately applying them to the appropriate customer accounts.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of cash transactions.
• Manage computers programmed with accounting software to optimize workflow and record, store, and analyze information.
• Assist with training and guidance to new team members on accounts.
• Review and approve debit and credit memo request before processing.
• Code documents according to company procedures.
• Investigate and reconcile payment discrepancies and issues found in records promptly.

• Experience in Finance/Accounting
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of success and can articulate the results.
