I represent a client hiring a flexible and dynamic staff accountant. This position requires being in the office two days a month. Compensation is up to $64,000.

Education and Experience
● Bachelor’s degree in any field
● At least 1-2 years of accounting experience preferred with bank and balance sheet rec, expereice with actual to variance in budget review, and debit true-up experience.
● Proficiency in generally accepted accounting principles and accrual-basis accounting
required (knowledge of nonprofit accounting a plus)
Communication Skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both verbal and written)
● Poised, personable, and professional manner on the phone and in-person
Data Processing Skills
● Strong analytical and proactive problem-solving skills
● Highly organized and attentive to detail
● Dependable team player who takes ownership of individual responsibilities and meets
deadlines with minimal supervision
● Good judgment in handling confidential information
● Must pass a criminal background
