Job Description

We are looking for a WORK FROM HOME Travel Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist clients in planning, organising, and booking their travel experiences across global destinations. You will provide expert advice, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure each trip is customised to meet individual preferences and needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, style, and budget.
• Research and recommend worldwide destinations, hotels, and experiences.
• Prepare and present customised travel itineraries.
• Manage bookings for flights, accommodation, transfers, and excursions.
• Provide ongoing support before, during, and after travel.
• Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry updates.

Qualifications

• Passion for travel and delivering outstanding client service.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a home-based role.
• Prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Must be a citizen of the United Kingdom, United States, Mexico, or Australia.
