Job Description

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Wholesale Sales Assistant to support their Latin American business. This role is temporary with full-time hours.

Spanish speaking candidates are highly preferred!

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support: Assist in managing wholesale accounts, responding to client inquiries, and providing product information to existing clients.
  • Order Management: Process wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, and delivery details. Coordinate with the logistics team to track order status and resolve any delivery issues.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain communication with wholesale clients, assisting with any post-sale concerns or issues.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Generate sales reports for the sales team and management, tracking performance against targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product offerings and assist with training clients about the product range, features, and benefits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as logistics and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales support or wholesale role is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Spanish fluency preferred
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and handling orders, ensuring smooth processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with software platforms such as SAP and MicroStrategy is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve issues independently and escalate as needed.
  • Team Player: Comfortable working in a collaborative environment and contributing to overall team goals.
