Duties and Responsibilities
Front -End Development
Design and implement responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JS
Design concepts into functional and visually appealing interfaces
Optimize front-end performance to ensure a smooth user experience across various devices and browsers
Back-End Development
Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases and APIs to support front-end functionality
Design and implement scalable and secure back-end services
Integration and Continuous Improvement
Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Integrate front-end and back-end components to create a cohesive and efficient application
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack to ensure smooth operation and high performance
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in development
Contribute to the continuous improvement of team development processes and technical stack
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Developer, UX Developer, or Back-End Developer
Strong proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript)
Strong understanding of web security principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Able to work 100% in-office at our Garland, TX location
