Katy, Texas: Bizopia is seeking an  in-person Content Writer/Producer for digital marketing projects who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to continuously adapt to the dynamic world of digital marketing content creation and copywriting. We have a strong team of content writers, and we need to grow the team in Katy, Texas, United States.

As the long-form content writer for our SEO Agency Creative team, you will be responsible for quickly writing strong, strategic content pieces of 500 to 3000 words, plus everything in between. This can include in-depth website content, short blog posts, and even concise social media posts.

The ideal candidate requires excellent research skills to support content creation for a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. Time management is also crucial for meeting your monthly content writing schedule and handling ad hoc writing requests. 

We’re seeking a go-getter who will own their role as our overall Creative Team member. Digital marketing is constantly changing, and at Bizopia, everyone on our team helps with whatever needs to be done to get great results for our clients.

Responsibilities for Content & Copy Writers:

• Plan content marketing strategies for businesses in a variety of industries
• Create and manage monthly client content calendars for all blogs and social media posts
• Choose content topics based on client keywords, research and online trends
• Write meaningful SEO content for all sizes of projects: websites (30+ pages), long-form blogs (1500+ words), short-form blogs (500+ words), and social media posts (100 words) 
• Generate human-written content with the support of advanced AI tools for outline generation and topic research
• Transition smoothly between technical, informational, and creative writing
• Publish all blog content on client websites every month on WordPress sites
• Publish social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn every week (including using Canva to create supporting images)
• Consult on company-wide content strategies across clients and platforms
• Work closely with and support the Creative Team
• Adapt quickly to new digital marketing technology and tools
• Manage time effectively with little to no direction as a content writer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, English, Writing, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of  experience  in copywriting or equivalent internship 
• Superior written communication skills
• Basic graphic creation skills are a plus
• Solid general understanding of SEO and social media landscape
• High attention to detail in editing and proofreading
• Strong time management skills and the ability to hold yourself accountable

Job Type: Full-Time in Office, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm (with potential WFH/remote hybrid schedule after 90 days)
