Warehouse Supervisor

Work Location:
Morrow, GA (Onsite)

Duration:
6 months with possible extension

The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to coach, mentor, and motivate a work group of UAW-represented hourly employees to deliver Best-in-Class Performance, Customer Service, and KPIs.

A Warehouse Supervisor would have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to: 

· Safety

· Quality

· Productivity and Efficiency

· Direct Supervision of UAW represented hourly employees

· Timekeeping of hourly direct reports

· Analyze root causes and utilize countermeasures to effectively resolve day-to-day workplace challenges

· Enforce Standards of Conduct within the PDC

· Drive continuous improvement projects and processes to deliver the KPIs.

· KPIs include, but are not limited to: Safety, Housekeeping, Overall Quality, Errors, Shortages, Wrong Parts Picked, On Time Delivery, Damage, Efficiency, Productivity, Costs, etc.
