One of our Automotive clients is looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor in Morrow, GA

Description:

The Warehouse Supervisor is expected to coach, mentor, and motivate a work group of UAW-represented hourly employees to deliver Best-in-Class Performance, Customer Service, and KPIs.

A Warehouse Supervisor would have the following responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Safety

Quality

Productivity and Efficiency

Direct Supervision of UAW represented hourly employees

Timekeeping of hourly direct reports

Analyze root causes and utilize countermeasures to effectively resolve day-to-day workplace challenges

Enforce Standards of Conduct within the PDC

Drive continuous improvement projects and processes to deliver the KPIs.

KPIs include, but are not limited to: Safety, Housekeeping, Overall Quality, Errors, Shortages, Wrong Parts Picked, On Time Delivery, Damage, Efficiency, Productivity, Costs, etc.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years warehouse supervisory experience preferred

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Ability to multi-task and handle numerous responsibilities simultaneously

Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and basic warehouse management computer skills

Bachelor's degree preferred.
